本機特點：

一、本機適用于刷PU膠·油性膠等。

二、密閉式設(shè)計，可有效防止膠水：（1）表層凝固，濃度變高

     （2）涂布性不佳，膠太厚造成浪費 （3）黏度升高，膠水變質(zhì)，影響拉力。

三、可節(jié)約20%PU膠用量，有效改善工作環(huán)境之空氣質(zhì)量，維護工作人員健康。

四、不需經(jīng)沾膠過程，可提高8%以上之工作效率，

       在操作中有充分的自我檢視時間。

五、配金旺刷膠器，用多少膠調(diào)流多少膠，不剩膠不浪費。

注意事項：

一．打開機蓋前一定要先泄壓。

二．供氧之氧管內(nèi)不可有水氧存在，以免造成壓力桶內(nèi)膠水變質(zhì)。

三.氧氣桶氣壓必須維持在4kg/c㎡左右，腳踏開關(guān)及壓管開關(guān)之氧氣須維持在4kg/c㎡左右

四．下班時應(yīng)將出膠口關(guān)門及進氣口關(guān)門開關(guān)

五．保持壓力桶管道清潔，停止使用48小時以上時，應(yīng)先將機器清洗干凈，連續(xù)使用一個月時，應(yīng)將機器清洗干凈一次，以免造成管道堵塞。

 Notices:

I. make sure to release the pressure before opening the cover.

2. There shall be no water or oxygen in the oxygen supply pipe to avoid deterioration of the glue in the pressure barrel.

3. The air pressure of oxygen tank must be maintained at about 4kg / C ㎡, and the oxygen of foot switch and pressure pipe switch must be maintained at about 4kg / C ㎡

4. close the rubber outlet and air inlet at the time of off duty

5. keep the pipeline of pressure barrel clean. When the pressure barrel is not used for more than 48 hours, the machine shall be cleaned first. When the pressure barrel is used continuously for one month, the machine shall be cleaned once to avoid pipeline blockage.
